The Church Council has developed a plan for notifying members and the community of cancellation of Worship or other Church-Wide activities. A member of the Executive Committee and the Pastor will attempt to make a final decision to cancel a Church function sixty minutes prior to its scheduled beginning.

If worship or other Church activities are ever canceled, notification will be made to WCLT Radio Station (100.3FM and 1430AM) and WBNS-10TV. An announcement will also be placed on the church answering machine.
