Sunday Worship

Sunday School/AIF

Sundays 9:15 am

Worship is at the heart of what our congregation does together. In between the Sunday worship services, we offer a fellowship and Sunday School/Adventures in Faith hour to strengthen our bond with one another in Christ's family. Sunday School classes are offered for pre-K through adult.

We at Grace also know the importance of connecting with one another outside of worship. Under the "Groups" tab, you can find information about the various organizations in our congregation.

Finally, service is central to who we are and how we understand ourselves. Under "Ministries & Service," you can learn about the ways that Grace is active in the wider community.

Service Structure and Beliefs

We believe that worship is at the heart of our relationship with God. Therefore, we gather together for weekly worship and distribution of Holy Communion, where Christ is truly present for us. Worship is Grace is:

Liturgical

Our worship follows an ancient pattern which features responsive ritual and prayer. It engages all the senses and is rich in symbolism, tradition, and meaning. We utilize different musical settings for our liturgy at different times of the year.

Relevant

The Word of God (Bible) is explained in a fresh, engaging style that is understandable and practical as it relates to daily life. Through preaching, we hear God's law (demands), but also God's gospel (good news).

Sacramental

Sacraments, which were instituted by our Lord Jesus Christ, are visible means by which God speaks to us and gives us His gifts. The water of baptism and the bread and wine of Holy Communion are ways that God reveals Himself. Through sacraments, God frees us from sin, strengthens our faith, claims us as His own children, and assures us of eternal life.

Musical

From classic hymns to contemporary praise songs, quality music and singing are used to glorify God. A variety of instruments and choirs often lead us in praise.
